Dr. Jermani "Felicia" Thompson  is the founder and principal consultant of JSquared Management Consulting. She is a native of Atlanta who brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a senior leader in various roles within Human Resources, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, Quality & Productivity, and Retail Banking. After graduating in the top 10% of the charter class of Lovejoy High School, Dr. Jermani pursued and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Mercer University and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Personnel Management from Georgia State University Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.

 

 

After earning her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Dr. Jermani launched JSquared to help businesses and individuals unleash the power behind their passion through exponential coaching, by making connections and promoting constructive collaboration. In addition to assisting emerging and established leaders discover the power behind their passion, Dr. Jermani chases her passion for words by writing journal articles and speaking about women’s leadership at national and international conferences.

 

Although Dr. Jermani has lived in two other states, she is a Georgia peach to the core and always finds herself on a midnight train or red-eye to Georgia. She is active in multiple nonprofit organizations as a volunteer and board member. She is also a member of the Gwinnett County Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Jermani currently resides in Northern Metro Atlanta with her son, Justyn.
